You can cancel Website Management at any time. The initial 12-month term is the minimum, so your website stays live and billed through your commitment end date.
How cancellation works
- Cancel any time from your client portal — no phone calls, no waiting.
- Website Management has a 12-month minimum term starting from your purchase. Monthly payments continue for the full term whether or not you cancel.
- Your cancellation is scheduled for your commitment end date. Your website stays live and fully managed until then.
- Changed your mind? You can undo the cancellation at any time before the end date with one click in the portal.
- The website build fee is separate and non-refundable once substantive work has begun, except where required by law.
Cancel in your portal
Sign in to your SiteRevive Client Portal and open Cancel Plan to schedule or undo a cancellation. You'll see your exact commitment end date before you confirm.
