Website Management Agreement

This agreement describes what your required monthly Website Management subscription covers, what it does not cover, and how requests are handled.

Last updated: January 2026

1. Purpose

SiteRevive is a managed website service. Website Management is required with every website package and cannot be removed. It exists so your website stays online, secure, fast and accurate for as long as you are subscribed.

2. What Website Management Includes

  • Website hosting through SiteRevive supported infrastructure
  • Routine technical maintenance
  • Website performance monitoring
  • Security management
  • Routine website support
  • Client-requested Update Sessions included with your plan

3. Update Sessions Included Per Plan

An Update Session is not measured in hours and is not time limited. Each session allows multiple reasonable routine changes to your existing website to be combined into one request. Unused Update Sessions expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over.

  • Basic: one client-requested Update Session per billing month
  • Professional: two client-requested Update Sessions per billing month
  • Premium: four client-requested Update Sessions per billing month

4. Examples of Routine Updates

  • Text and wording changes
  • Adding or replacing photos
  • Adding completed projects to a portfolio or gallery
  • Updating services offered
  • Updating business hours
  • Updating contact information
  • Adding reviews or testimonials you have permission to publish
  • Updating team or staff information
  • Seasonal or promotional content changes

5. Work Outside Routine Management

The following work is not a routine Update Session. SiteRevive can perform it as an additional paid service.

  • New pages or new website sections
  • Website redesigns or major layout changes
  • E-commerce or online store functionality
  • Booking or scheduling systems
  • Custom development or custom functionality
  • Third-party integrations
  • Website migrations
  • Written content creation, copywriting or photography
  • Advanced SEO campaigns, advertising management or ongoing marketing services

6. How Additional Work Is Approved

Additional billable work is never performed without your prior approval.

  • You request the work
  • SiteRevive reviews the request
  • SiteRevive provides a price
  • You approve and pay
  • SiteRevive completes the work

7. Client Request Requirement

All website content updates must be requested by you. SiteRevive does not monitor your business operations and is not responsible for automatically discovering changes such as new services, new phone numbers, new hours, staffing changes or newly completed projects.

You are responsible for supplying the text, information, photographs, project details, reviews and other materials required to complete each requested update, and for holding the rights to those materials.

8. Hosting and Availability

SiteRevive hosts your website on supported infrastructure and monitors availability. SiteRevive does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for outages caused by third-party providers, domain registrars, DNS issues outside SiteRevive's control, or events beyond reasonable control.

9. Termination and Website Availability

You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Because SiteRevive hosts and maintains the websites it builds, your website is taken offline when the subscription ends. Your business content remains yours and can be provided to you on request.
