1. Services Provided
SiteRevive designs, builds, hosts, maintains and manages websites for small businesses. Services are delivered remotely. The specific deliverables for your project are defined by the package you purchase, as described on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.
SiteRevive is a managed website service. Website design and website management are sold together; the website setup cannot be purchased without the corresponding Website Management subscription.
2. Required Website Management Subscription
Every website package includes a mandatory monthly Website Management subscription. The subscription covers hosting through SiteRevive supported infrastructure, routine technical maintenance, performance monitoring, security management, routine website support, and the client-requested Update Sessions included with your plan.
If your Website Management subscription ends for any reason, your website is no longer hosted, maintained, monitored or supported by SiteRevive and is taken offline.
3. Update Sessions
Website Management includes a defined number of client-requested Update Sessions per billing month: one with Basic, two with Professional and four with Premium. An Update Session is not measured in hours and is not time limited. Each session allows multiple reasonable routine changes to your existing website to be combined into a single request.
All website content updates must be requested by you. SiteRevive is not responsible for automatically discovering changes within your business. Unused Update Sessions expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over.
- Routine updates include text edits, photo additions, service list changes, contact detail changes, business hours, staff information, portfolio and gallery additions, reviews and similar changes.
- New pages, redesigns, new website sections, e-commerce functionality, booking systems, custom development, integrations, migrations and content creation are not routine updates.
- Work outside routine management is quoted in advance and performed only after you approve the price.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, service descriptions and contact details.
- Provide the text, photographs, project details, reviews and other materials required for your website and for any Update Session.
- Confirm you hold all necessary rights, licenses and permissions for materials you supply, including photographs and testimonials.
- Review and approve your website before launch, and respond to review requests in a timely manner.
5. Content Ownership and Rights
You retain ownership of the business content, photographs and materials you provide. SiteRevive retains ownership of its templates, design systems, code frameworks and internal tooling, and grants you the right to use your website while your subscription remains active.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you supply.
6. Payment Terms
The setup fee is due at purchase. The Website Management subscription bills monthly on a recurring basis until cancelled. Setup fees are non-refundable once design work has begun.
SiteRevive's pricing does not automatically absorb every outside expense. Applicable third-party costs — including domain registration and renewal, premium plugins or licenses, stock photography, third-party integrations, payment processing fees, specialty software and additional advanced services — are disclosed and may be billed separately.
7. Optional Logo Design
Professional logo design is an optional add-on. Logo design does not include trademark searches, trademark clearance, legal advice or trademark registration, and SiteRevive does not guarantee trademark availability or non-infringement of any logo or business name.
8. No Guarantee of Results
SiteRevive builds websites using sound structure, clear content and standard search-visibility practices. SiteRevive does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes, lead volumes, conversion rates or revenue outcomes, as these depend on factors outside SiteRevive's control.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel your Website Management subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Because SiteRevive hosts and maintains the websites it builds, cancellation results in your website being taken offline. Your business content remains yours and can be provided to you on request.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteRevive's total liability arising from the services is limited to the amounts you paid to SiteRevive in the three months preceding the claim. SiteRevive is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages.
11. Changes to These Terms
SiteRevive may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients, and continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
