Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Is Required

Every SiteRevive website package includes a mandatory monthly Website Management subscription. The subscription is not optional and cannot be purchased separately from, or removed from, a website package.

Current pricing: Basic $699 setup plus $150 per month; Professional $1,299 setup plus $200 per month; Premium $2,499 setup plus $300 per month.

2. Billing Cycle

The setup fee is charged at purchase. The Website Management subscription bills monthly on a recurring basis from the start of your website project and continues until cancelled. Each billing month includes the Update Sessions defined by your plan.

3. Payment Method and Failed Payments

• You authorize recurring charges to the payment method on file.
• You are responsible for keeping the payment method current.
• If a payment fails, SiteRevive may retry the charge and will notify you.
• Continued non-payment may result in suspension of Website Management, including hosting, and your website being taken offline.

4. Update Sessions Do Not Roll Over

Update Sessions are allocated per billing month. Unused sessions expire at the end of each billing period and do not accumulate or transfer to a future month.

5. Plan Changes

You may request an upgrade at any time. Upgrades may involve an additional setup or build charge where the higher package includes additional pages, sections or functionality; that charge is quoted before any work begins. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period and reduce the included Update Sessions accordingly.

6. Price Changes

SiteRevive may change subscription pricing. Active clients will be notified before any change takes effect for their account, and you may cancel if you do not accept a revised price.

7. Third-Party Costs

Subscription pricing does not automatically absorb outside expenses. Domain registration and renewal, premium plugins or licenses, stock photography, third-party integrations, payment processing fees and specialty software may be billed separately and are disclosed to you.

8. Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• There is no partial-month refund of the Website Management fee.
• Setup fees are non-refundable once design work has begun.

9. What Happens To Your Website

SiteRevive hosts, maintains, monitors and supports every website it builds. When a subscription ends, the website is no longer hosted, maintained, monitored or supported and is taken offline. Your own business content — text, photographs and materials you supplied — remains yours and can be provided to you on request.

Your domain name remains yours. If SiteRevive registered a domain on your behalf, it can be transferred to a registrar account you control.
