Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, missed payments and service suspension work for SiteRevive website clients.

Last updated: January 2026

1. Website Build Fee

The one-time website build fee covers design and development work performed specifically for your business. Once SiteRevive has begun substantive work on your website, the website build fee is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If you cancel before any substantive work has begun, contact SiteRevive and we will review your request in good faith.

2. Required Website Management Subscription

Website Management is required with every SiteRevive website and carries an initial term of 12 months from your first payment. Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for periods already served.

After the initial term, Website Management continues month to month until cancelled in accordance with this policy.

3. How to Cancel

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through your Client Portal or by email to support@getsiterevive.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and any remaining obligations under the initial term remain payable.

4. Missed Payments and Past Due Accounts

If a Website Management payment is not successfully processed, SiteRevive will notify you and provide a secure link to bring your account current. Your account status is reflected in your Client Portal.

  • First missed payment: your account is marked Payment Failed and you receive a notice with a secure payment link.
  • Continued non-payment: your account is marked Past Due and further notices are sent.
  • Final notice: SiteRevive may suspend Website Management, which can include taking your website offline.
  • Once your balance is paid, service is restored and your account returns to Current.

5. Suspension and Termination

SiteRevive may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, for breach of the Website Services Agreement, or for unlawful or abusive use of the service. Suspension does not waive amounts owed.

SiteRevive may also pursue unpaid balances in accordance with applicable law.

6. Hosting, Domains and Website Ownership

SiteRevive websites are built and hosted on infrastructure managed by SiteRevive as part of Website Management. If Website Management ends, hosting, maintenance, support and updates end with it and your website will no longer be served by SiteRevive.

You retain ownership of the business content, images and materials you supply. Domain names you own remain yours. Requests to transfer content or a domain must be made in writing while your account is current.

7. Third-Party Costs

Domain registration, premium third-party services, paid advertising budgets and similar third-party costs are separate from SiteRevive fees and are non-refundable once purchased on your behalf.

8. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact SiteRevive first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback for services already delivered may result in immediate suspension of Website Management and collection of the outstanding balance.
