Project and Revision Policy

This policy explains exactly how SiteRevive website projects run, what is included in each package, and how revisions are handled — so there are never surprises on either side.

Last updated: January 2026

1. Package Scope and Page Limits

Each SiteRevive package includes a maximum number of total website pages. The page limit counts every page built for your website, whether or not the page appears in your main navigation menu.

  • Basic Website — $699 website build plus $150 per month: up to 5 total pages, 2 revision rounds, Basic SEO.
  • Professional Website — $1,299 website build plus $200 per month: up to 10 total pages, 3 revision rounds, Enhanced SEO.
  • Premium Website — $2,499 website build plus $300 per month: up to 20 total pages, 5 revision rounds, Advanced SEO.

2. What Counts as a Revision Round

A revision round is one consolidated submission of reasonable change requests that fall within the scope of your purchased package. You may include as many individual requests as you like in a single submission — that still counts as one round.

Submitting changes in separate batches after we have begun implementing a round may consume additional rounds. To make the most of your included rounds, please review every page and send your feedback together.

  • One consolidated submission of changes = one revision round.
  • Corrections of work SiteRevive implemented incorrectly do not consume a revision round.
  • Adding pages beyond your package page limit is not a revision — it requires a package upgrade or a separate quote.
  • Complete redirection of the approved design direction is not a revision and may require additional fees.

3. Reviewing Your Website

When your website is ready, you will be notified and can review it in your Client Portal. You are responsible for reviewing every page prepared for you, including pages that are not linked in the main navigation, before approving your website for launch.

Approval means you confirm the website content and design are correct and may be published.

4. Client Responsibilities and Timelines

SiteRevive cannot begin or continue certain work without the information, content and approvals we request from you. Project timelines are estimates and depend on your response times.

  • Provide accurate business information, service details and any content you want featured.
  • Provide logo and image files where applicable, or select our logo design add-on.
  • Confirm domain details and grant any access needed to publish your website.
  • Respond to review requests so your project can move forward.

5. Content and Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you supply, including claims about services, licensing, certifications, pricing and guarantees. SiteRevive may decline to publish content that we believe is inaccurate, unlawful or misleading.

6. Package Upgrades

You can upgrade your package at any time from your Client Portal. An upgrade is charged as the difference in the one-time website build fee plus the difference in the monthly Website Management fee, calculated from current published pricing. Your page limit, revision rounds and SEO level update to the new package immediately.

Downgrades are not available while a website build is in active development.

7. After Launch

After your website is live, ongoing changes are handled as website update requests under your Website Management subscription. Reasonable content updates are included; new pages beyond your page limit, new functionality, or work amounting to a new website build may require an upgrade or separate quote.
